Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to be conducted at your wire house in Bangladesh in presence of technical personnel of BWMRI. Priority will be given to the supplier already stock the item in Bangladesh2. Catalogue/Manual should be submitted and every specification should be highlighted in catalogue/Manual3. Non submission of Manufacturer-s Authorization Certificate will disqualify the offer straightly 4. If product made by EU Country, then in accordance with the latest EU directives should be complied5. If the generator runs less than or equal to 1000 hours per year then total one (01) years of warranty service must be provided by the supplier.6. ISO/any other world standard Certificate should be submitted.7. Ten References (at least 50KVA) should be submitted where the brand has supplied in public or autonomous body8. Guarantee of availability of spare parts for next five years9. The bidder must provide all necessary accessories to run the instrument/device functional andone set tools. If any accessories or consumable items are not mentioned in the above specification but that is needed to run the instrument, must be included in the bidder-s proposal to provide that at client site to run the equipment operational 10. The bidder must satisfactorily complete the design, installation, testing, commissioning of the equipment/device at client site. In addition, all spare parts, accessories, consumable goods must be supplied by the bidder during installation and commissioning at free of cost.11. The bidder must arrange 3 days effective training with skilled trainer at client side for at leasttwo/three personnel-s selected by Authority. capable to run the whole system/equipment with confident12.
