Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Contractor shall be authorized Distributor/ Sub Distributor/Dealer/Agent of the offered Generator Brand.2. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply, installation of Generator & Sub Station Equipment shall be 10 (Ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publicationof IFT in the newspaper.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 02 (Two) nos. contract:a. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Generator with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 (Two) Crore in which 01 (one) no. minimum 300 KVA capacity within the last 08 (Eight) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.b. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 300 KVA electrical substation works with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 (Two) Crore within the last 08 (Eight) years; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6,00,00,000.00 (Six Crore) over the last 03 (Three) years.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore).6. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 5,00,00,000.00 (Five Crore)
