Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in supply of goods & related services.(b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed more than 15 nos. supply contract of 20KVA or above capacity Diesel Generator i/c installation & testing of which each value min. Tk.15 (Fifteen) lac or more within last 03 (three) years.(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is TK 20,00,000/= (Twenty Lakh) Credit facility requires to be unconditional, net of other contractual commitment and should mention the name of the tender for which it is proposed. Other form of liquid assets/working capital should clearly mention the name of the tender for which it is proposed.(d) Tenderer shall have: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License; (ii) valid VAT registration; (iii) Up- to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.(e) Tenderer shall comply with all other criteria mentioned in the TDS of the tender document.(f) Site visit declaration & got scope of work fully(g) Authorization letter from manufacturer/agent(h) 2-years warrantee & guaranty of the DG set.(i) 12-months Defects liability declaration according to PPR regulation.(j) Necessary layout & RCC foundation detail drawings, control diagram,(k) Declaration the Source of Origin of DG set, Engine, Alternator, Load Test report etc.** Technical Specification, Terms & Conditions and Drawing has been attached thereon.
