Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer :Tenderer"s Qualification : 1. Up to date VAT, IT, and Trade license certificate .2. The minimum amount of working capital or credit facility is Tk.12.00 lac or Bank Solvency certificate of at least Tk.12.00 Lac .3. The minimum supply value of similar goods under a single contract in the last 5 years in minimum Tk. 10.00 Lac .4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and realated services and 3 years of specific experience in the supply of goods and related services .5. The prices quoted by the tenderer shall be fixed for the duration of the contract . Authorisation latter is required .Selected contractor will have to deposit performance guarantee at Tk. 10.00% of quoted amount before signing the contract .Requirements & Specification : Please See section-6 & 7,e- PG2-2A & e-PG2-2B , Tender will have to obey all terms of the PPR-8 . Authority reserves the rights to accept of reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason .
