Must be capable to perform Factory acceptance Test(FAT) as per IEC Standard at their manufacturer or suppliers places.4. In case of a bidder offering to supply the goods which the bidder do not manufacture or otherwise produce, the bidder has been duly authorised by the goods manufacturer or producer to supply the goods.5.
