Project Name : Establishment of Second Campus of Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have Up to date "ABC" Electrical contractory and supervisory license and minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction and Installation of Type Tested Dry Type 3000/3150 KVA or above capacity Electrical Substation works.b) Having minimum experience in completion of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Type Tested Dry Type Transformer, PFI Plant & BBT System included Factory Aceptance Test [FAT], Pre Shipmentg Inspection [PSI], Post Landing Inspection [PLI] with Supply, Installation & Commissioning of other Electrical Sub Station Equipment like HT Switchgear, LT Switchgear and associates Civil/ Electro-Mechanical Works ; Tk. 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore) in maximum two contracts in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderers shall be Tk.6,00,00,000.00 (Six Crore).e) The bid of existing Contractor at CVASU making delay in completion of his ongoing work may not be consider for evaluation.
