Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. Tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 81,00,000.00 (Eighty One Lac) under maximum two contracts in last 03 (Three) years. i.e. years will be counted backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.Tenderer shall submit end-user certificate(s) as supporting document of the Specific experience. Notification of Award (NOA) or Work/Purchase Order (WO/PO) alone will not be accepted (as they do not prove satisfactory delivery of the Goods and acceptance by the client/end-user) but may be accepted if supported by delivery challan (received and accepted by the client/end-user) or R&I (Receive & Inspection) report (signed by the client/end-user). However, the above mentioned delivery challan or R&I report alone may be accepted if pricing information of the supplied goods is mentioned. No subcontract will be counted as completion experience. The minimum amount of Bank Guarantee or Credit Line facility, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 92,00,000.00 (Ninety Two Lac). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements. The Tenderer shall submit valid and updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate/ Acknowledgement receipt of tax return submission and VAT Registration Certificate (13 digit BIN).The Tenderer shall have satisfactory completion experience of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of at least 80 KWp grid connected solar system in maximum of 01 (one) contract.
