Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last five years is NILL (0).2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (Genetic Analyzer, Spectrophotometer and Chemicals etc. Related Service) of minimum 03 (Three) contract shall be provided by the tenderer in the last 05 (Five) years with Per contract value of at least Tk. 47,00,000.00 ( Forty-Seven Lakh Taka) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice in the news paper.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of Tk. 60,00,000.00 ( Sixty Lakh Taka) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents. Any deviation in the following documents will lead to disqualification:6. NID7. Updated Trade License8. Updated TIN & VAT Certificate9. Updated Income Tax Certificate10. All relevant brochures and catalogs.11. The Tenderer must ensure support services during warranty period.
