Eligibility of Tenderer : Following documents shall have to be submitted with the tender:-a) Work completion certificate along with work order of satisfactorily completion of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Face ID based attendance system having country of origin USA/UK/EU/Japan/Korea/Malaysia and amounting to min. BDT 10.0 Lakh in any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body/ Multinational company in Bangladesh within last 05 years.b) Authorization/consent letter must be submitted from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) mentioning that, if the bidder awards the work order from Biman then the proposed face recognition machines will be supplied directly from the respective manufacturer.c) Valid agencyship/distributorship certificate from the manufacturer of proposed face recognition machines or a consent letter from the valid Agent/Distributor in Bangladesh.d) Document regarding the proposed brand face ID recognition machine is satisfactorily operating in Bangladesh during minimum last 03 years.e) Brand name/Country of origin, manufacturing & shipment etc. and detail technical information must specifically be mentioned in the attached technical specifications (Attached. Please see section: 08, Particular specifications)f) Signed and sealed terms and conditions (Attached. Please see section: 08, Particular specifications)g) Original/copy of technical brochures/catalogues of proposed items containing technical information, brand, model, origin, website address, etc.h) A declaration mentioning the offered equipment and related accessories must be matched and synchronized with the existing payrolls system of Biman. Hence, the smooth & reliable operation must be ensured by the bidder.i) Clean, clear and unconditional manufacturer-s full warranty certificate of the supplied Face Recognition Machines for a period of minimum 01(One) year.
