Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of IP CCTV Camera system of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 21,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty-One Lakh Only) of Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Limited companies or similar in Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.As an evidence, the tenderer shall submit Completion certificate/End user certificate issued by the client. Submission of Notification Of award (NOA) / Purchase order (PO) / Signed contract paper shall not be considered as experience certificate.The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital, or letter of commitment for the bank's undertaking for a line of credit that must be submitted for this purpose by the tenderer shall be Tk. 24,00,000.00 ( Taka Twenty-Four Lakh Only). The supporting bank document submitted with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the submission date of the tender.The tenderer shall submit with its tender the following additional documents: a) Up-to-date copies of Trade License, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate and Proof of Return Submission (PRS) b) Tender Security c) Manufacturer Authorization or Authorization from dealer with a copy of manufacturer's authorization to the concerned dealer
