Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (05) years.• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of CCTV Camera system of at least one (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three (03) years, with a value of at least Tk. 22,00,000/- (Taka twenty two Lac only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Limited companies or similar in Bangladesh.• Completion certificate/End user certificate will be considered as experience certificate. Notification Of Award(NOA), Purchase order (PO), Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificate.• The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital, or letter of commitment for the bank-s undertaking for a line of credit that must be submitted for this purpose by the tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 lac. The supporting bank document submitted with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the submission date of the tender..• The tenderer shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:a) Copy of Trade license(updated)b) Copy of TIN certificate & Tax clearance Certificate(updated)c) Copy of VAT certificated) Tender security.e) Manufacturer Authorization or Authorization from dealer with a copy of manufacturer-s authorization to the concerned dealer. • N.B.: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
