Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have:a) General experience of three (05) years.b) Valid trade license (FY 2025-26).c) Valid tax clearance certificate Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2024-2025.d) Valid VAT & TIN certificate .e) Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.f) A satisfactory completion of supply & installation of Generator (60KVA) (Goods) of at least Tk. 20.00 Lakh (Twenty Lakh) under a single contract as a similar works within last 05 (Five) years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization Body of Bangladesh where the package contains more than one (1) Generator. (Completion Certificate Must be submitted) Otherwise tenderer will non-responsive.g) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 15.00 (Fifteen Lakh only). Formate Follow as per ePG2 STDs.h) Valid Manufacture/s Authorization letter for the proposed Generator.i) Valid Agencyship certificate for the proposed Generator.j) Authorization letter of the tenderer. (Mentioning tender ID & works name in official Letter Padk) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in ITT, GCC, TDS & PCC of this tender.
