Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Trade license, VAT and e-TIN certificate, National ID of authorised person, Authorization letter of authorised person, ABC license & Supervisory license issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh and Income tax clearance certificate with acknowledgement Slip (all document's are Valid, upto date, clear & clean scan copy submitted) .2. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED/PWD should be authenticated by Assistant Engineer (Ele.) EED of concerned district.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets (Form PG3-7, without alteration) Line of Credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 25.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.4. Valid Agency ship certificate and Valid manufacturer-s authorization letter for the proposed brand.5. Submitted valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS, GCC, PCC & ITT of this tender.6. The tenderer bearing any litigation history in implementation of any public works will not be participatory in the tender.7. If the tender price is found to be too high or too low (Front Loading) than the estimated price, the decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final, no objection will be accepted. 8. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this tender process without assigning any cause.
