Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Electro Mechanical works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) A satisfactory completion of Supply & Installation of 60 KVA Diesel Generator of at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual Supply & Installation Electrical Equipments Turnover must be Tk. 75.00 (Seventy Five) Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 20.00 (Thirty) Lakh only.e) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date Valid Trade License (2024-2025), Income Tax Clearance Certificate & VAT-Registration Certificate Update (13 Digit).f) Up to date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.g) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section, have to be submitted in the designated fields.h) The tenderer must have to submitted Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed Generator.i) Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCCN.B: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
