Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Establishment of Electrical Equipments as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 Five) years.b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Establishment of 500 KVA Electrical Substation and 15 KWP Solar System at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years experience, each with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 Lakh.c. Required average annual Electrical Equipments Turnover shall be greater than Tk 80.00 Lakh over the last 05 years.(5*80=TK 400 lakh)d. Minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 80.00 Lakh. (In the Form PW2a-3) in original form.(Revenue funded 4931 SHED)e. There must have ABC Category Electrical License for Electrical Licensing Board. The Tenderer must have also Electrical Supervisory License.f. There must have Manufacturing Authorization for Sub-Station and certification such as CPRI and Company have routine test from BUET,RUET,DUET,KUET,DUET,MIST.g. Satisfying other criterion laid down in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents.h.Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2024-2025)i.TIN Certificate (2023-2024) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit).J. Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.N.B: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. and As Per CPTU.circular Memo No-21.00.0000.364.19.018(1).19-14 Date:13/1/2020 is Applicable.
