VAT registration certificate up to Date.5. Must have A-1 category Registered License in the National e-GP portal Renewed up to Date.6. Must have up to date ABC Category Electrical Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical license board.7. Must be submit Manufacturing Authorization of Transformer.8. Must be submit minimum 500-KVA Transformer Internationally Accredited Independent Laboratory (IEC Standards) Certified Type Test Certificate (within Last 5 Years from IFT).9. Must submit Written confirmation authorizing the signatory (Authorization Letter) of the Tenderer at his/her own firm's pad mentioning tender ID, work's name etc.10. The Tenderer must be follow the conditions of PPR-2025.11. For Details BOQ follow Section-10Special Instructions:Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE
