Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License (up to date).2. Valid Tax clearance certificate (up to date).3. Valid VAT & TIN Certificate.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 05 (Five) Years of General Experience in construction Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sub-station building of any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. ( Copy of the completion certificate and work order must be submitted) [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].5. The Tenderer must have specific experience in successfully completing at least 01 (One) number of similiar works and volume of a single work order of Tk. Minimum Tk 55.00 Lakh (Fifty Five Lac) in the last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi-Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (Along with the work order and completion certificate should be enclosed).6. Up To Date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.7. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of EED after varified by respective organization.8. The Tenderer must have minimum 05 years experience in 300-KVA electrical substation & 5 KWp Solar System installation work.9. Manufacturing Authorization of Substation and Solar System to be submitted with tender.10. According to Letter No-21.00.0000.364.19.018(1).19-14 date: 13/01/2020 & According to Letter No-21.00.0000.363.27. 114(2).19-003, date: 12/01/2023 from CPTU; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.11.
