Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Establishment of Electrical Equipments as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 Five) years.b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Establishment of 500 KVA Electrical Substation and 10 KWP Solar System at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years experience, each with a value of at least Tk. 100.000 Lakh. in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years.c.The required average annual Electrical Equipments Turnover shall be greater than than Tk 100.000 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years.(100*5=500.000 lakh).(years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 75.000 Lakh. (In the Form PW2a-3) in original form.e. There must be ABC Category Electrical License for Electrical Licensing Board.f. There must have Manufacturing Authorization for Sub-Station and certification such as CPRI and Company have routine test from BUET,RUET,DUET,KUET,DUET,MIST.Three phase power transformer be Comply IEC86,IEC726,VDE0532 etc such as Energypac,Adex oe equivalent standard.g. Satisfying other criterion laid down in the Tender date sheet of Tender documents.h.Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2024-2025)i.TIN Certificate (2023-2024) & Up to Date VAT registration certificate (13 Digit).k.
