Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have supply/construction related experience under contracts in the role of prime contractor (single entity or JV member), Subcontractor in the power sector for at least 5 (Five) years prior to the Bid submission deadline.2. Participation as Contractor in at least 1(one) contract with a value not less than 50.00 lac, for Supply, installation Testing & Commissioning of electrical equipment such as CB/CT/PT/DS/LA(33kV or higher voltage) or Transformer (33kv or higher voltage) in major power utilities such as Power Grid / BPDB /BREB /DPDC/ DESCO/ NESCO/ WZPDCL/APSCL or any reputed power company have been successfully completed within last 3(Three) years prior to the Bid submission deadline.3. Minimum average annual turnover of 01(one) crore calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, for the best 2 years over the last 3 (three) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 70(Seventy) lac.5 . Authorization letter from the Manufacturer in case of Supplier.6. Valid trade license, VAT registration, Income Tax certificate.7. FAT of Transformers to be supplied shall be done in manufacturers factory in presence of 02(two) Power Grid officials in case of manufacturing within country.
