Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall havea) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate (Form e-PG3-6).b) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Lift and related services.c) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger/Bed Lift (1250Kg) and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning of lift) of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 Lakh for each lot under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed.iv) Completion/Acceptence certificate proving specific experience must be in appropriate form as attached with standard tender document.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets is Tk. 57.00 Lakh in proper Format.e) Valid Trade Licensef) Up to date income tax clearance certificateg) Valid VAT Registration certificateh) Updated ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.i) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.j) The Successful bidder shall Maintain & Service the installed Lift as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge for 01 (One) year after Successful Commissioning of the Lifts with free of cost.
