Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have: (a)Valid trade license (Up to date) (b) Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date). (c) Valid VAT & TIN certificate (d) Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh (e) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of EED after varified by respective organization (f) Submit valid Manufacturer-s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.(g) Submit valid agencyship certificate of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.(h) Submit valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender (i) General experience for supply and installation of lift of five (05) years (j) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 63.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./autonomous/private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT) for single lift [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package]. (k) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 60.00 Lac for single lift as per STD format of this tender.[For Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lift, this amount will be multiplied by the number of lift mentioned in the designated package] (l) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of pessenger lift is/ are: [Statetype] and [state quantity] supply and/or production capacity per year- As per attached terms and conditions of lift (serial no.4).
