Project Name : Repair/Renovation of Govt. Educational Institutions
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/ Management Contractor/ Nominated Subcontractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 6.00 lakh.b) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 30.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 8.00 Lakh only. Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted from schedule bank as per CPTU prescribed form. Certificate containing multiple Tender ID will be not acceptable & Bank statement will not be allowed.d) The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.e) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
