Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on street light works/goods in a single work order in a single work order amounting not less than Tk. 30.00 Lakh during the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 40 Lakh. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8)" which is attached in Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms (e-PG3 Formats.docx). Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as Technically Non-Responsive.d) Manufacturer's authorization letter with warranty period have to be submitted by the tenderer for LED street light fittings as per prescribed format "Manufacturer's authorization letter (Form e-PG3-5)" which is attached in Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms (e-PG3 Formats.docx). Tenderer have to submit the Catalogue and technical specification of the LED street light fittings.e) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.f) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate etc. to be submitted.g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)/Price & delivery schedule for goods of tender documents must be fulfilled.h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
