• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply & Installation of Laboratory Grade Equipment LOT-1 : Horizontal front-loading Autoclave - Qty. 01 1. Chamber Capacity: 340 - 400 L 2. Integrated steam generator 3. Minimum 10 microprocessor control multi program (for solid, liquid media, waste, cleaning, etc.) 4. Stainless chamber 5. Temperature: Up to 140°C 6. Pressure: Up to 4 bar 7. Operation: Automatic operation facility 8. Vacuum facility. 9. Thermal lock: door lock controlled by pressure and medium temperature according to Pressure Vessel Regulations. 10. Automatic water fill system. 11. Drying facility. 12. Special program for waste destruction with pulsating heat-up period for improved ventilation of waste bags. 13. System monitoring facility: Pressure, temperature and time display facility. 14. Stainless still ware mash basket for the autoclave. 15. Bucket for waste sterilization (Quantity 4) 16. Built in Printer facility including supply of 10 roll paper. 17. Loading trolley with tray, Stainless still 18. Validation port for external validation of both temperature and pressure. 19. Safety system: door interlock system, safety ring-lock closure system with lip seal lid close system, over pressure, over temperature and low water detector, safety valve. 20. Accessories: All necessary accessories required to install and run the autoclave including water inlet and drain hose, power cable, compressor, etc. to be supplied by the supplier. (Specification and source to be mentioned in the quotation). 21. Installation: Installation to be carried out by trained and expert engineer of supplier at site on free of cost. 22. IQ, OQ, PQ: Supplier should arrange to perform IQ, OQ, PQ/calibration/validation/temperature mapping (minimum 5 points) of the autoclave by themselves or by third-party accredited agency at site after installation by their own cost and submit installation/IQ, OQ, PQ and calibration/ validation/temperature mapping certificate/report. (Cost of calibration/validation/temperature mapping to be quoted separately). 23. Training: Supplier should demonstrate full operation & maintenance of the system and will conduct operator training at site for the users. 24. Documentation: Supplier should provide operation manual, service manual, calibration/validation/performance verification procedure manual, etc. 25. Warranty: Minimum one-year full warranty including spare parts and labor from the date of installation. Preference will be given to extended period of warranty. 26.
