Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 44.00 Lacs.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 42.00 Lac. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 30.00 Lac as per Form e-PW2A-8.Any deviation of this form will results the tenderer non-responsive.v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 46.00 Lac.vi) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
