Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i) The bidder shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience in the supply of software and related services.ii) The bidder must be the developer/developer-s authorized supplier for the supply, installation, implementation and support service of the offered software/solutions.iii) Joint Venture (JV) is not allowed for this tender.iv) The bidder should have experience in the successful supply and implementation of Islamic Shariah Based Banking Software and related services in at least 3 (three) Commercial Banks in Bangladesh in a multi-user (minimum 100 concurrent users) environment.v) The Bidder must have the capability to interface their offered software with the bank-s existing conventional Core Banking T24 Software.vi) The bidder must have a dedicated support team with at least 4 (four) technical personnel for the installation, customization and implementation of the offered software/solutions.vii) The bidder must deploy at least 2 (two) technical personnel on the bank premises for 03 (three) months after go-live to provide immediate support for the software.viii) The Tenderer must have a strong capability to support within 02 hours after reporting of the problem. Interim remedy solutions should be provided while fixing the problem with well-equipped service manned by adequately qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support for the proposed goods and services.ix) The bidder must possess its own office in Dhaka.x) The bidder must have a valid Trade License, VAT, BIN and TIN Certificate.(Details in TDS)
