Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Applicants must fullfill following terms.Valid Trade License for FY 2025-2026.Valid Income Tax Certificate / Tax Clearance Certificate.Valid VAT Registration / BIN Certificate.Minimum 3 years- experience (last 3 years) supplying & implementing NGFW or equivalent network security solutions.At least 3 completed projects as proof of relevant NGFW deployment experience.Minimum bank liquidity of BDT 10 Lac, supported by bank statement/certificate.Valid Bank Solvency Certificate, issued within last 6 months.Legal capacity to enter into contracts under Bangladesh law.At least 2 installations, configurations, and commissioning of enterprise NGFW solutions within last 2 years.Valid Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAF) from OEM or authorized distributor.Technical Compliance Statement against ToR specifications (“Complied” / “Not Complied”).Minimum 3-year warranty including software subscription, firmware updates, security patches, and technical support.NGFW must be brand new, unused, factory-sealed, with declaration of authenticity and origin.Complete delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning within stipulated timeframe (e.g., 15 working days from contract signing).Declaration that the company is not blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.
