Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Configuration and Commission of Intruder Alarm System/ Digital Protection System (Centralized Monitoring System) for the Safety of Vault Room of 201 Branches/ Sub Branches of IBBL Pre-bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting in this regards will be held on 30.05.2022 at 11.30 AM at the Procurement of Computer Hardware & Accessories Department (PCHAD), IBBL, Head office, Yousuf Chambe (9th Floor) 20 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka. The Bank will issue the amendment of this document Shrough Bank's website www.islamibankbd.com by 05.06.2022 if any is/ are detected and informed to the bank in writing by any bidder(s) within 31.05.2022 during office hours through mail or hard copy. Tenders will be received at the office of the undersigned up to 3:00 P.M. on 14.06.2022 and Technical Offers) will be opened at 3.10 P.M. on the same day i.e. 14.06.2022 at same place in presence of the Bidders/ their nominated representatives who may like to attend the Tender opening. An equivalent amount @ 2.5% (Two point five percent) of the total Tender value must be submitted along with the financial offer of Tender as earnest money in favor of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited in the form of Pay Order (PO)/ Demand Draft (DD)/ Bank Guaranty (BG) m case of BG must be valid up to minimum 06 months from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh preferably from Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited without which the Tender shall be rejected outright.
