  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility Criteria1. The Tenderer must be the manufacturer or the sole authorized distributor of a foreign manufacturer for the key components (Grid Tie Inverter, Hybrid MPPT Pump Controller and DC Automatice Switching Device with EMS).2. Tenderers must commit to using Grid Tie Inverters specifically approved by SREDA for Net Metering.3. Tenderers must have at least 5 (five) years of general experience as a supplier/contractor in the supply of goods and related services.4. The Tenderer shall possess a minimum of 03 (three) years of specific experience in the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 3-phase solar irrigation DTWs/LLPs integrated with Grid-tie Hybrid Net Metering systems.5. The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least Single contract of a similar nature and complexity within the last 03 (three) years in any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization. The total value of the contract must be a minimum of Tk. 1.75 crore with a single contract.6 The Tenderer must possess all valid and updated legal documents, including a Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, and an Import Registration Certificate (if required).7.The Tenderer must submit all information and documentation as required by the TDS, PCC, Technical Specifications, and special terms & conditions detailed in the tender document.8.A ...
