Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must hold a valid Trade License, renewed for the period of submission of TenderIt must possess E-TIN given by the Income Tax department under the National Board of Revenue.The Tenderer must have Income tax certificate (Assessment year 2021-22 or Updated) as proof of payment of income tax.The Tenderer or authorized signatory must have National ID card.The Tenderer must have VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), issued by the VAT department under the National Board of Revenue If it is a limited company registered with the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies, it must possess Company Certificate of Incorporation.Proof of the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT Thirty One Lakh (BDT 31,00,000) for last one year up to the date of submission of the tender in the form of Liquid Asset/ Working capital/ Bank Credit facility certificate.The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the minimum last 03 (three)years.The bidder must have at least 05(Five) Engineers in the related fields.CV must be submitted for all the engineers/experts mentioned herein.
