Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 22.1(m).1. The Tenderer must submit a valid updated Trade License.22.1(m).2. The Tenderer must submit E-TIN given by the Income Tax department under the National Board of Revenue.22.1(m).3. The Tenderer must submit Updated Income tax certificate as proof of payment of income tax.22.1(m).4. The Tenderer or authorized signatory must submit National ID card.22.1(m).5. The Tenderer must submit VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), issued by the VAT department under the National Board of Revenue22.1(m).6. If it is a limited company registered with the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies, it must submit Company Certificate of Incorporation.22.1(m).7. The Tenderer must submit minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) shall be Three Lakh Thirty Thousand (BDT 3,30,000) for last one year up to the date of submission of the tender in the form of Liquid Asset/ Working capital/ Bank Credit facility certificate.22.1(m).8. The Tenderer must submit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the minimum last 03 (three) years which reports must include DVC.Special Qualifications in order to qualify for this Package, the Tenderer shall have to meet Special Qualifications outlined below.22.1(m).9.
