  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Nationality of Bidders.2. Written confirmation of authority to signatory.3. Manufacturer-s authorization letter must be submitted along with the tender, in case of the tenderer not manufacturing the Goods.4. List of Service Centre/showroom facilities in Bangladesh.5. Written confirmation regarding availability of the quoted Goods6. The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate(s) / purchase order(s) / contract agreement(s) of institutional and retail supplies with quantity, price and name of purchasers of similar goods within last 5 (five) years.7. Original Catalogue/Brochure of the items to be submitted with the tender and Brand name & model number should be mentioned with the Specifications.8. Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum of association/Valid Trade License/Manufacturing License.9. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.10. Valid Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN/BIN Number.11. An affidavit confirming the legal capacity stating that there are no existing orders of any judicial court.12. An affidavit confirming that the tenderer is not insolvent, in receivership or not bankrupt or not in the process of bankruptcy, not temporarily barred from undertaking their business for financial reasons (Notarized).13. An affidavit for anticorruption confirming that the tenderer is not involved in any sort of corruption, fraudulent, collusive, coercive and obstructive practices by any means as set out and defined in the World Bank-s Anti-CorruptionGuidelines.14. Documents in respect of liquid asset/ credit facility/working capital.15. ISO/CE/Equivalent Certificate, SO 9001:2015 certificate for quality assurance.16. BSTI Certificate.17.
