  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008.(b) Tenderers shall have at least 03 (Three) years of overall business experience preceding the date of publication of IFT.(c) Certificate of successfully completed supply & installation of Generator in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous body/Reputed Limited Company at least Tk.14.00 (Fourteen) lac in a single tender during the last 03 (Three) years. (Work completion certificate along with NOA & work order should be submitted).(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK.16.0 (Sixteen) Lac. Documents should be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as perform PG2-8 of tender and contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.(e) Tenderers shall be the Generator Manufacturer or Authorized Agent/ Distributor of Generator Manufacturer.(f) Up to date ABC electrical contractory license of the bidding entity or BC supervisory license of technical personnel working in the bidding entity.
