Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (5) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of computer software of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed in govt. organization within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakh.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac.(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 22.00 (Twenty-Two) Lac To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.(f) Prototype/Demo version of proposed web application (URL or any other suitable formats)(g) Evidence of Methodology/Technology used for this web application.(h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
