Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience for supplying software in Government sector of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 20.0 Lakh under maximum 01 contracts in the last 05 (five) years. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.3. The Tenderer must possess: (a) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (b) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (c) Valid VAT registration Certificate.(d) Updated BASIS membership document (e) Updated ABC Category Electric Contractor License and Electric Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is BDT 20.0 lac.5. The Project Co-ordinator must have work experience in international Software Company like Google, Facebook or Equivalent.6. PWD Enlisted Contractor7. Prototype/Demo version of proposed web application (URL or any other suitable formats)8. Integration to Existing Complain Management System(CMS), HR, Identity Management & Other Software9. The Firm must submit technical proposal withi) Descriptions of the Approach, Methodology, and Work Plan for Performing the Assignment ii) Work Schedule iii)Team Composition and Task Assignmentsiv) Staffing Schedule v) Curriculum Vitae (CV) for Proposed Professional Staff10.
