Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 03 (Three) years.b) The Bidder must have successfully executed similar work under a single work order for any government/ Semi-government/ autonomous body/renowned private organization with a minimum value of BDT 20 lac within the last 5 years.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk.30 (Thirty) lac.d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificatee) The Bidder must propose a complete solution, including a network diagram and heat map. The solution must be foolproof without compromising the performance. The proposed solution must be compatible and integrate with the existing Wi-Fi infrastructure and the eduroam service.f) The Bidder must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Access Points (APs).g) The Bidder must ensure 24x7 support for instant troubleshooting for the entire 3-year warranty period and mention local branch office address (if any) for after-sales service.h) The Bidder must have ISO 9001:2015; ISO/IEC 27001:2022, a Disaster Recovery (DR) site inside Bangladesh for backup facilities, at least two cnPilot/equivalent certified engineers, demonstrated experience in deploying at least 50 Access ...
