Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 05 (Five) years at Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/private Organization.b) The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of similar goods and related services under at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 35 (Thirty) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body/ private organization successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk.45 (Fourty Five) lac.d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificatee) Tenderer must propose a solution along with network diagram and it will be a full-proof solution without compromising the performance.f) Tenderer must ensure 24x7x365 support for instant trouble shooting for 3 years/ Warranty Periodg) Bidder must have at least 1 Cn Maestro/CCNP certified Engineer.h) The bidder must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for active and passive (UTP) items from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).i) Whole accessories installed and setup should be done by the bidder.j)The bidder must demonstrate experience in deploying at least 200 Access Points (APs) with unified roaming capability under a single work order for an area more or less equivalent to university campus Wi-Fi infrastructure within the last five years.k) Warranty Certificate must be providedl) Khulna University authority reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading
