Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. The Tenderer shall submit the updated Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Import Registration Certificate and Income Tax Clearence Certificate;2. Bank solvency certificate (Bank certificate/statement issued before the publication of this e-tender notice will not be accepted);3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1.5 Core.4. List of experience certificates of the suppling of similar goods along with installtion completion certificates;5. The minimum experience of supplying similar goods for at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years with a value at least BDT 1.5 Core counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.;6. The tenderer should submit the list of minimum 05 (five) IT Professionals along with their vendorship certificate.7. The tenderer must submit: Supply/Production Capacity Certificate, Warranty Declaration Certificate and Original Brochure of the Offered Products.;8. The tenderer Must submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Microsoft office, Microsoft operating system and XDR. Either Treat as non-responsive.; and9. The Tender shall be completed and signed by an authorized representative of the Tenderer.
