Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The Bidder shall be Local manufacturer or authorized representative/agent of foreign manufacturer.02. Bidder should have exclusive agency agreement /Authorization with manufacturer. The manufacturer can authorize only one representative.03. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of solar dugwell pump-motor system/ irrigation pump-motor in a single contract successfully completed within the last 3 years with a value of at least Tk. 2.25 Crore Only.04. Bidder should be renowned supplier and have ability to complete all the necessary works within the specified delivery time. The bidder/supplier who has a previous record of failure to complete all the works within delivery time in any irrigation project will be not accepted.05. Bidder must have 5 (five) Years General Experience for the supply of Pump-Motor in any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous organizations06. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).07. Tenderer must have updated trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.08. Bidder must submit sample of Solar Pump-Motor, MPPT Motor Controller & PV Combiner box to the BMDA ,Thakurgaon Region office before submission of offer with recent test report (Not before 01 year) from BUET/RUET/DU/MIST Lab competent authority. The original copy of the receipt of the sample must be enclosed with the offer. No offer will be entertained without submission of sample.All experience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed format of PPR -2008 (as per annexures-C) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations and Years counting backward form date of publication of IFT ... - Documents:
