Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : •The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in supplying goods and Electro-Mechanical Works.•The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (Five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.•The minimum specific experience of similar nature job and related services shall be: At least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years and each contract value of 1 (one) Crore under in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.•The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk.1.40 Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.•The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.•The tenderer shall have technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. (mentioned single, like Origin, Manufacturer, Brand, Model etc).• The Tenderer must provide the previous proper LC and shipment documents (LC, Proforma Invoice, Certificate of origin, Packing list, Bill of Lading, Compressor Test Report, CFC free Refrigerant AC).•The tenderer must provide company profile and list & CV of Technical personnel.• The Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.•All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.&
