Eligibility of Tenderer : • Reputed Suppliers who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of Goods having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of supply and installation works as specific experience i.e. supply and installation of Electric Submersible or low lift pump Motor with related Accessories are eligible for this tender.• The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender; Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.• Up to date ISO 9001:2000; ISO 14001 and Authorization Certificate/Dealership/Agent/Importer of the Manufacturer of Pump Motor Set must be attached. Original Catalogue of the Manufacturer of the Pump Motor Set must be attached.• Factory test report must be submitted with the supplied goods.• The supply work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease, or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.• Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.• The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
