Eligibility of Tenderer : a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance;(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance(2023-2024/2024-2025);(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with clearance up to November 2024;(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 9 lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.(V). The required average annual work turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 9.00 lacs over the last 5 years [ 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21,2021-22,2022-2023](VI). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 9 lac (This will be given by the proper format).(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);(VIII) Original Catalogue/ Brochure must be submitted.(XI) ISO certificate for supply, trading, assemble & after sales services, servers, laptop, desktop computer. Computer accessories, network and office equipment-s. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
