  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer have to have-(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(B) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 Lac under any Government/Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/Private Organizations i.e. Year-s counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper(C) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: [Lifts and Escalator ] and [5 crore] supply and/or production capacity per year(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk [80 Lac]. In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(G) Up-to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(H) All Other Certificate as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
