Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The tenderer must be a manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer having Valid trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, BIN, IRC, TIN, Income tax clearance certificate and ISO 9001:2015 (or updated certificate).2) The manufacturer is required to hold a valid industrial license, an environmental clearance certificate from the Department of Environment (DoE), Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.3) The tenderer must have 5 years of general experience of manufacturing & supplying of similar goods and related service.4) The Tenderer must demonstrate specific experience, evidenced by completion certificates, in the supply of 450 mm diameter HDPE pipe, fittings, and related services (including the installation of 450 mm diameter HDPE pipelines). This experience must comprise at least two contracts, each valued at a minimum of BDT 95.00 lakh, completed within the last five years (counting backward from the IFT publication date in the e-GP system) for any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.5) The tenderer must submit two 1-meter samples of HDPE pipe. Each sample needs to be clearly marked with the manufacturer's name, trademark, pipe diameter (in mm), pressure rating, and the date and time of manufacturing. The receipt of sample submission and own factory test report must be submitted/uploaded with their proposal/bid. The test report should confirm the requirements as described in Section-7 of the tender document.6) Additional criteria are detailed in the tender document.
