  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01.The minimum number of years of general experience of similar nature of works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Three (03) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.02.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Air Cooler Project works of at least Two (02) contract(s) successfully completed within the last Three (03) years, amounting a value of at least Tk. 7.00 Lac in any organization, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT03. The Tenderer must process copy of: i) Up to date valid Trade license, ii) Up-to-date income tax certificate, iii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iv) e-TIN Certificate, v) ) In case of Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association, Article of association & Power of attorney.04. Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 9.00 Lac. Letter of commitment for Bank-s undertaking for line of Credit is issued from the concerned Bank in between publication & Submission date.05. The Tenderer must submit copy of: i) International Standard Compliance (CE/UL/ISO/Any other) ii) Catalogue/ Brochure must be submitted with Tender.06. Necessary document of Distributor/ Authorized Dealer/ Importer of Mentioned Brand.
