  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/Supply & installation works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction/Supply & installation works of at least 02 contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk 25 crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60 over the best 3 years in the last 5 years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 300 million BDT of Bank Line Credit facility. Tenderer should have at least 800 million BDT liquidity in total of last 5 years (FY 19-20 to FY 23-24)5. Section-2, Section-4 and others requirements of tender document will be applicable.
