Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organizations. Document in support of 5 years general experience should be submitted.b) The minimum supply value of similar nature goods under 1 (one) contract as specific experience is minimum Tk. 47.00 (Forty Seven Lakh only) Lakh or 2 (two) contract is Tk. 53.00 (Fifty Three Lakh only) Lakh in the last five (5) years from Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facility is Tk. Tk. 55.00 (Fifty Five Lakh only) Lakh. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.d) Tender Security is Tk 1,65,000.00 (One Lakh Sixty Five Thousand only) to be issued in favour of Head, Central Procurement Cell, SUST, Sylhet.e) All backward date will to be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portalf) The tenderer shall have updated Trade License & Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate. g) Manufacturers Authorization Letter must be submitted.h) ISO/CE certificate must be submitted.i) Original Catalog / Brochure should be submitted.j) Installation & commissioning will be done by the supplier.k) Training must be provided by the Bidder after installation of the equipment at site without any extra cost for at least 2 (two) days.
