Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A. For Supplier:i) Satisfactory completion of similar supply of Material of at least BDT 25 (Twenty Five) lakh under one single contract over a period of the last 5 (five) years.ii) Authorization Certificate or Distributor of the Manufacturer of HDPE Pipes-fittings must be attached.B. For Both (Supplier & Manufacturer):i) The minimum number of years of the general experience for tenderer & for establishment of the factory for Manufacturer shall be 5 (five) years;ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 33 (Thirty Three) lakh;iii) The tenderer must have to submit one sample of each item no. of BOQ: 1 (i) a) one piece, 2 (i) a) one meter long, 2(ii) a) one piece & 2(iv) a) one piece Total Four samples according to the technical specification to the office of the Deputy Managing Director (A&F), Khulna WASA, Khulna before 5:00 pm 02, April, 2026.iv) After completing the supply the quality control committee will collect any five samples from the supplied materials and will sent to BUET laboratory for testing according to technical specification. The test fee will be paid by the supplier.
