Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) A minimum general supply Works of Supply of Goods and Equipment for the Machinary Works experience of 5 years.2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Supply of Goods and Equipment for the Establishment of a Hygienic Bulk Roti-Making Machine or other Machinery Works, at least 01(One) contract with a value of at least Taka 12,00,000.00 completed in a single contract within the last 03(three) years.3) The Annual Average Supply of Goods and Equipment Turnover shall be of Taka [60,00,000.00] last 5 years.4) A Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 17,00,000.00 is required.5) Requirements for Lead Partner of JVCA shall be (i) At least one Contract having 100% of the required value (ii) Requirements for other Partner(s) of JVCA shall be At least one Contract.6) All other criteria stated in the TDS.7. A tenderer must submit the VAT, IT, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency, etc papers along with the tender documents.8. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other works rights reserved by the Authority.
