Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release.For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertain.2. If any type of Structures/Obstracles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost & arrangement. No Extra claim will be entertaintd in this regard.3. Representative still picture & video of prework & postwork of same location will be taken by contractor and submit to Procuring entity at contractor's own cost.4. Quantity of work may extremely increase or decrease.5. Design may also be changed or modified (if required).6. Prework & Postwork may be also taken by taskforce or other agency or jointly7.Cost of Interim and post work survey will be borne by the contractor. No extra claim will be entertained.
